Welcome! I’m Keriana Jackson, founder and lead instructor at Theory Medical Solutions. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and education, I’ve made it my mission to help individuals build the skills, confidence, and compassion needed to thrive in the medical field.

My journey began as a Certified Medical Assistant, where I gained hands-on experience in a variety of clinical settings. Those early years shaped my commitment to patient-centered care and excellence. Inspired to teach and uplift others, I transitioned into education and earned my certification as a Certified Phlebotomy Instructor (CPI).

At T.M.S., we go beyond textbooks! We focus on real world training, professionalism, and personal growth. I’m proud to lead a program that supports every student’s success while staying at the forefront of healthcare education.

In addition to my work at T.M.S., I remain actively involved in healthcare advocacy and community outreach, regularly volunteering at local health fairs and wellness events. I believe in fostering a supportive, respectful learning environment where students are encouraged to lead with purpose and integrity.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, playing sports like kickball and softball, and giving back to my community.

For me, teaching isn’t just a career—it’s a calling. I’m honored to help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals who are ready to make a lasting impact.
